• Bikes: Help yourself to the town bikes in the garage. Please return them and let us know if they’re in need of repair.

• Games: Board games are in the cabinet.

• Make yourself at home: Use the kitchen, pantry staples, and outdoor seating.

Courtesy Reminders

• Septic system: Flush only toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, or paper towels.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

• Guests: Registered guests only. No parties or events.

• Smoking: None indoors.

• Fires: Fire pit only. Never leave unattended, and douse fully when done.

• Drains: No grease, coffee grounds, or food scraps down the sink.

• Bears: Bears live in this area. Never feed wildlife. Don’t leave food, trash, or dirty grills outside, and never approach a bear.

• Garage: Keep the door closed at all times, including when you’re home.

• Trash: Bag it and keep bin lids closed. Put trash in the bins right away, not on the porch or deck.

• Parking: Not on Grass.

• Pets: Follow the pet policy and clean up after them.

• Damage: Let us know about any breakage or leaks.
